SEN Learning Support Assistant — Primary School (Mon–Fri)

Uniform Education is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant for a mainstream primary school in Harrow. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEN, delivering 1:1 and small-group assistance, and using PECS/Makaton to aid communication.

You’ll work closely with the classroom team to adapt activities, promote independence, and foster inclusive learning in a supportive environment.
