Talos360 is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to help shape Talos Perform, our performance management platform. You will work across the product, researching and prototyping features, refining AI prompts and supporting delivery.

The role requires experience writing user stories, Azure DevOps/Jira, and hands-on AI tooling; you will join an AI-first team and help clients with technical questions, SSO and API integrations. London hybrid role offers £40k-£45k plus benefits.
