Youth Project Growth Lead (Multi-Site)

YMCA St Paul’s Group in London seeks an ambitious Youth Work Development Manager to lead and grow services for young people aged 11–25 across multiple sites. You will inspire teams, turn ideas into funded projects, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience managing youth services, a minimum Level 3 qualification in youth-related studies, and a track record of delivering funded initiatives from start to finish.
