Emergency Department Charge Nurse – Lead & Elevate Care

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality patient care. You will assess care needs, plan and evaluate care programmes, and provide clinical leadership across the unit with supervision of staff.

The role includes a 12-hour shift pattern, covering days, nights and weekends. You’ll bring current NMC registration, degree-level education, and postgraduate expertise in the relevant field.
