CDM Consultant / Senior CDM Consultant – Talent Pool

Overview

As a CDM Consultant, you contribute to construction safety and regulatory compliance across diverse projects. You join Bureau Veritas’ talent pool to be considered for upcoming roles in Midlands, Southeast and London, with hybrid working and client-site travel. You’ll deliver Principal Designer and advisory services, while supporting risk management and high-quality reporting. This role offers exposure to heritage, residential, commercial and education projects within a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Principal Designer, Client Advisor and CDM consultancy services
• Support clients and project teams to comply with CDM and related regulations
• Identify, manage and mitigate design and construction risks
• Deliver clear technical advice and high-quality reports and documentation
• Manage multiple projects and maintain strong client relationships
• Use in-house digital tools and systems to support project delivery

Key requirements

• Experience as a CDM Consultant, Principal Designer or Client Advisor
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety legislation
• Good understanding of construction methodology
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in client-facing situations
• Good IT skills and ability to use internal systems
