Employment Partner or Legal Director

The firm

A well established full service firm with offices across the East Midlands. It advises businesses and individuals and has grown steadily over recent years.

The role

You will lead the growth of the employment team. Work covers contracts and HR policies, disciplinary matters, redundancies, TUPE, tribunal claims and senior executive disputes, mainly for employer clients.

What you will need

A solicitor with substantial employment law experience, already working at partner or legal director level, with a good record of winning work. A following is welcome but not essential.
