Senior Estimator – Large-Scale Residential (Hybrid)

Rogers McHugh is recruiting a Senior Estimator for a leading national housebuilder in Norwich. The role focuses on robust cost planning, tender submissions and cost certainty across high-volume residential schemes, up to 1,000 units.

You will collaborate across land, technical, commercial and build teams to drive value and efficiency. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, plus a competitive salary and benefits package.
