AI Safety Field Builder – Talent Outreach & Impact

The London Initiative for Safe AI (LISA) is recruiting a Field Builder Associate to own how we bring people into AI safety and support their entry into roles. The role is outward-facing from day one, coordinating events, outreach, and partnerships with hiring organisations to move talent into positions in AI safety.

You will work with leading AI safety organisations, design outreach formats, and build the field by accelerating the careers of researchers and practitioners.
