Compassionate Care Assistant – Community Visits

Home Instead is seeking a Care Assistant for community visits in Crowborough. The role offers a £14 per hour rate with enhanced pay on weekends and Bank Holidays. Training is provided, with client introduction and shadowing visits to ease you into the role.

You will perform companionship, light home help, medication reminders, personal care, and accompany clients on outings while delivering warm, relationship-based care.
