Blue Arrow in Bellshill is recruiting for an Assistant Transport Manager to join a major distribution operation. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will lead transport teams, drive compliance and oversee fleet performance in a busy 24/7 operation.

This role offers progression into Transport Manager positions, with 4 on 4 off days 06:00 – 18:00 and a salary up to £44,000. You will deputise when required and play a key part in continuous improvement across the network.
