Strategic FM Contract Lead – PFI (Multi-Site)

Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) in Redcar is seeking a Contract Manager for a PFI contract to lead a multi-disciplinary FM and project delivery team. You will drive quality, SHEQ adherence, and P&L accountability while managing risks, CAPEX/OPEX, and lifecycle budgets to meet client requirements.

The role requires proven FM contract leadership, financial acumen, strong safety credentials (IOSH preferred), CAFM proficiency, and willingness to travel across the UK.
