Home Health Support Worker – Impactful Patient Care

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales is seeking a District Nurse to join the community nursing team, delivering care to patients in their homes under the guidance of a registered nurse.

You will travel between patients’ homes across the Arfon locality, supporting the district nursing service while working well within a team and independently. Welsh language skills are desirable, and English or Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.
