Fundraising Support & Donor Services Specialist (Hybrid)

Devon Air Ambulance Trust in Exeter is seeking a Support Services Officer to join our Head Office. Based at our Exeter HQ with occasional remote work, you will support the Fundraising team, manage donor records and run central admin and reception tasks to ensure smooth operation and donor satisfaction.

You will respond to donor inquiries, build relationships, prepare acknowledgements, process donations, and support various income streams, while upholding data protection and Gift Aid obligations.
