A growing and successful drylining subcontractor is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team based in Redhill.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Quantity Surveying graduate or someone at the beginning of their commercial career looking to gain hands‑on experience within the construction industry. Working alongside experienced surveyors, you will be involved in the commercial management of a range of drylining and interior fit‑out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the commercial management of multiple projects
• Support the preparation of valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts
• Assist with the pricing and management of variations
• Monitor project costs and help produce cost reports
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation
• Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline (essential)
• Previous industry experience beneficial but not essential
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to develop a career within quantity surveying
