Hybrid HR & Recruitment Apprentice

Volkswagen Group in Milton Keynes is offering an enthusiastic Apprentice to join our HR & Resourcing team. This hands-on role covers recruitment, onboarding and HR administration while you work towards a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification, gaining real experience in employee lifecycle activities.

You’ll support candidate journeys, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain HR records, and contribute to key people initiatives. A genuine interest in HR and a proactive mindset are essential.
