Lead Administration – Community Mental Health

NHS Orkney is seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The role combines day-to-day supervision of the administration service with high‑quality medical secretarial support to Consultant Psychiatrists and adult psychiatry services.

You will lead an administrative team, manage workloads, support staff induction and training, and work closely with operational managers and clinical leads to drive performance and service improvement.
