ServiceNow SecOps Architect — SIR/CSM (Remote UK)

TechTrace Partners seeks a hands-on Business Systems Architect to own the design and delivery of ServiceNow SecOps SIR and CSM. You’ll go from discovery to go-live, then extend into ERP, CRM and project tooling, working directly with vendors where it makes sense.

You’ll lead requirements discovery, process and workflow design, integrations, testing and operational readiness, with no heavy PMO behind you.
