Support Worker – Empower Lives in Community Living

Swanton Care is recruiting a Support Worker to join the team supporting people in the community who have moved on from more complex services. The role is based in Derby and offers full-time hours (37.5 per week) across day and night shifts with weekends included.

You will provide practical support and emotional assistance, helping individuals live independently and make choices aligned with their personal plans. A compassionate, adaptable team player is essential to succeed.
