Endoscopy Patient Experience Administrator

InHealth Group’s Yeovil unit is seeking a friendly, organised Patient Administrator to support the Endoscopy team and deliver an excellent patient experience from arrival to departure.

You will handle telephone and face-to-face enquiries, schedule clinically validated appointments, process reports and diagnostic information, and assist with month-end tasks and patient invoicing. Weekend rotation is required on a 4-day-per-week schedule (8:00am-6:00pm).
