Trauma-Informed Community Discharge Assistant

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Dawn House-based role at Cannock, forming part of the Women’s Secure Blended Service (WSBS). The post holder will support women moving from secure inpatient care into a community residential setting, applying trauma-informed approaches with inpatient teams to ensure a smooth discharge.

Applicants must be female due to the service requirements and must have UK work authorisation; visa sponsorship is not available.
