Remote Workday Talent Lead (HCM & Talent)

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workday Talent Lead Consultant to guide and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global client base. You will lead a project workstream, build relationships with customers, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable.

You will mentor junior team members, demonstrate Workday capabilities, and travel to client sites when needed. Strong communication, delivery focus, and ability to work remotely are essential.
