Chief of Staff, Antler UK Partners

Antler is looking for a Chief of Staff to support their UK Partners. This role is central to the firm’s operations, helping to streamline communication and decision-making. You’ll work closely with the Partners and various teams to enhance efficiency and improve the founder experience. It’s a dynamic position where no two days are the same, and you’ll have a real impact on how the firm operates.

What You’ll Do

• Own the UK team’s weekly operations and meetings.
• Help the Partners prioritize tasks and track performance goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication.
