HR & Resourcing Apprentice (Hybrid) – Level 3

Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS) is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to join the HR & Resourcing team in Milton Keynes. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding and HR administration while working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship.

You’ll support candidate and employee journeys, coordinate recruitment processes and help maintain HR data. A proactive, flexible mindset and good communication are essential to succeed in this role.
