European Conference Operations Lead

Retail Insights in London is seeking an operations professional to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams and attendee experience.

You will work in-person at our London HQ, manage a 40-person volunteer team, negotiate with suppliers, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth events, with opportunities for travel and internal growth.
