Senior Corporate Counsel – EU/UK Cross-Border & AI

Kingsley Green Recruitment group is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel in London for 4 to 7 PQE. The role offers breadth across corporate and commercial work, investments, governance, regulatory matters and compliance across the UK and Europe.

You will advise management and business teams and work with colleagues internationally. Strong private practice training with a corporate/M&A or transactional background is ideal; in-house experience is welcome but not essential.
