Senior Quantity Surveyor – Lead Refurbishment Projects

L.J.B & Co. Construction Recruitment is seeking a Managing Surveyor for a leading bespoke main contractor, based in Essex. You will take overall responsibility for the commercial and contractual elements of designated projects, ensuring profitability and compliance with contract terms.

You will lead a team of four surveyors, drive financial strategy, optimise variations, and manage procurement and sub-contractor payments, reporting to the Commercial Manager and Director.
