Empowering Residential Support Worker (Driver Required)

Aspris is seeking a Residential Support Worker at a 5-bed home for children aged 8 to 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). A full driving licence is required due to location.

You’ll help create a supportive, nurturing environment, take young people on trips, teach life skills, and build strong relationships with the children and staff. We offer continuous CPD, development opportunities, and a clear progression path.
