CDE Group is seeking a Machine Shop Charge Hand to coordinate materials, equipment and quality while meeting production schedules and customer satisfaction. You will lead a hands-on team and collaborate with support departments to ensure smooth operations.
As a supervisor, you will drive safety, efficiency and continual improvement, mentor staff, and help deploy SOPs while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and waste minimisation.
