Store Unit Manager — Lead Team, Grow Sales

Bagel Factory is seeking a Unit Manager to bridge strategy and customer experience, owning the store’s P&L and day-to-day performance. You will inspire the team, uphold WOWS standards, and ensure high-quality products and service.

Reporting to the BF Operations Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop staff, manage costs, analyse performance, and identify growth opportunities across the store while maintaining brand excellence.
