Performance Strategy Senior Associate

Overview

In this Senior Associate role you turn insights into business results for large client organizations. You’ll combine analysis with practical delivery, working alongside clients to implement solutions on the shop floor up to the C-suite. You’ll drive tangible improvements in areas like process, supply chain and back-office transformation. This is a hands-on, results-focused opportunity within a globally connected consulting team that mentors and supports your development. You’ll work on meaningful projects with direct client impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA with distinction
• up to 6 years of commercial experience (desirable)
• strong Excel and quantitative/maths ability
