Overview
In this role you will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, guiding transactions from instruction to completion. You will provide clear, practical legal advice and keep clients regularly updated. You will handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, and re-mortgage matters, while building relationships with clients and lenders. You will support business development and contribute to the growth of the team in a collaborative, client-focused environment. This role offers a chance to shape the firm’s residential property practice and progress within a supportive firm culture in Cheltenham.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision
- Provide clear, practical legal advice and regular updates to clients throughout transactions
- Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and re-mortgage matters
- Develop strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals
- Support business development activities and contribute to the ongoing success of the team
