A national law firm with a strong insurance and disputes practice, acting for insurers and corporate clients.
The role
You will manage a caseload of professional indemnity claims, defending solicitors, brokers, accountants, financial advisers and other professionals on behalf of their insurers. The work also covers coverage issues, regulatory matters, risk management and ombudsman complaints, and you will help with business development.
What you will need
3+ years PQE or equivalent with strong litigation experience. You should be able to give practical, commercial advice, communicate well in writing and in person, and bring good organisation and problem solving.
