Overview

In this Studio Operations Lead role you will guide studio teams, align with stakeholders, and drive the evolution of the AI-enabled studio. You will oversee resourcing, planning, throughput, and tooling to deliver efficient, high‑quality studio outputs. You’ll shape the studio’s AI strategy, optimize workflows, and champion a collaborative, high‑performance culture. Responsibilities

• Studio strategy to evolve AI, people, process, technology, and studio development
• Stakeholder engagement with SLT to report progress and spot opportunities
• Performance reporting: KPIs, capacity forecasting, insights for business decisions
• Studio operations: manage shoot schedules, resources, throughput, SLAs, production efficiency
• Process optimisation: reduce bottlenecks, shorten turnaround, standardise workflows
• Team development: empower and support studio staff, remove barriers
• Workflow leadership: set daily priorities, allocate resources, ensure smooth operations
• Culture building: foster high‑performance, collaborative, feedback‑driven environment

Key requirements

• Deep knowledge of a commercial studio environment
• Strong knowledge of studio software/tools (Creative Force preferred)
• Experience using AI for imagery generation and agents in studio environments
• People management experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong digital workflow understanding from production to asset delivery
• Excellent communication with senior leadership (SLT)
• Hybrid work setup with London/Shirebrook base and travel as needed
