1:1 Support Worker – Active Care, Learn to Drive

Dimensions Cymru Limited in Radstock (BA3) is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a gentleman in his 30s with autism and learning differences. The role includes 2:1 daily support and activities to promote an active, fulfilling lifestyle.

The role offers part-time hours (30 per week) with a pay structure of £14.86 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in shift. Experience not essential, full training provided, and a salary uplift for overtime is available.
