Children’s Home Deputy Manager – Leadership & Care

Search is recruiting a Deputy Children’s Manager for a residential children’s home in Adbaston, Staffordshire. You will work with the Registered Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure a high standard of care and safeguarding.

The role requires supervisory experience in residential childcare, Level 3 Diploma, and willingness to pursue Level 5 Leadership & Management. A full UK driving license and flexibility for a 2-on, 4-off shift including sleep-ins are essential.
