Regional Growth Manager – Rentals & Sales

McAvoy is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across England, Ireland and Scotland by promoting rental and sales of high-quality space solutions and by building strong client relationships with key decision makers.

You will identify potential clients early in the project lifecycle, develop regional plans, manage a robust pipeline, and lead major negotiations to secure long-term partnerships while collaborating with an experienced, supportive team.
