Highways Site Agent – Civil Works Leader

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd seeks a Site Agent in Suffolk to lead a busy highways/civil works programme for a Tier 1 contractor. The role involves night-time patching, structures schemes, and general highway maintenance under NEC frameworks.

You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate teams and plant, and monitor progress, costs and quality. A strong leadership style with NEC knowledge and CSCS/SMSTS is preferred.
