Earthworks Foreman: Lead Major Site Operations

Green Barks Search is seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman to lead day-to-day earthworks operations on the Lower Thames Crossing project. You will oversee teams, equipment, and materials to ensure safe, efficient progress and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include 10+ years in the industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory role, plus hands-on experience with GPS guidance. CSCS Gold Card and related qualifications are highly desirable.
