Revenue Ops Lead: Renewals & Expansion

SoSafe is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager for Retention & Expansion to own the post-sales operations, build frameworks, data models, and intelligent automations that empower CSMs, AEs, and Renewal Managers.

You will lead the renewal lifecycle, forecast renewals with Clari, and align CS, Sales and Marketing to drive >40% of new ARR from expansion, while partnering with AI tools like Clay and Claude to reduce manual work.
