Customer Resolution Specialist – Cross-Functional Team

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Customer Aftercare Specialist to join our Customer Experience team in a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, office-based role in Ruddington. You will investigate issues related to damaged deliveries, product quality, and service problems, keeping customers informed and driving resolutions.
