Compliance Supervisor – Water, Fire & FM

Dalkia is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to support the site compliance team at the University of Lincoln. You’ll oversee water and fire compliance activities, coordinate PPMs, reactive repairs and billable works, ensuring tasks meet contractual KPIs.

You’ll supervise compliance engineers, maintain records in CAFM systems, and drive QHSE standards while liaising with clients and internal teams. The role includes one week in five on-call coverage.
