Chief AI & Digital Compliance Leader

Enstar Group seeks Head of AI, Digital and Technology Compliance to provide second-line oversight of regulatory risk across AI and tech initiatives. You will shape governance, assure responsible AI, and challenge business projects to protect the firm’s regulatory standing.

You will partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology and Data teams, lead horizon scanning, conduct risk assessments, and report to governance forums and Boards, promoting a culture of compliant innovation.
