Packaging Shift Lead – FMCG On-site Role

Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is seeking a Packaging Shift Manager to lead the packaging shift on-site. You will ensure production targets are met and provide the team with the tools, training and guidance to succeed.

The role emphasises Health & Safety and adherence to packaging processes, with responsibilities spanning line start-ups, changeovers and collaboration with the Quality team to maintain high standards. 40 hours weekly, salary up to £38,000.
