Tech Lead, ML — Build Production AI for Financial Insight

Cleo is seeking a Tech Lead ML Manager to join the data science function. You’ll lead a small team of ML engineers, shape the technical direction, and own production deployments of ML models in a fast-growing fintech context.

You’ll collaborate with product managers, backend engineers and analysts to plan work, define roadmaps, and scale our foundation models and traditional ML capabilities for the Financial Understanding platform.
