Site-Facing Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure (Swansea)

Construkt RS in Swansea is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a busy infrastructure project. This hands-on commercial role works closely with site and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, from subcontract procurement and valuations through to cost reporting and final accounts.

The role requires NEC4 contracts knowledge, proactive cost control, and the ability to produce timely reports while maintaining accurate records.
