Senior Electro-Mechanical Systems Architect (Aerospace)

Redline Group is seeking a Lead Electro-Mechanical Engineer in Gloucester to lead the definition, development and integration of advanced electro-mechanical actuation and control systems across the full lifecycle. You will guide cross-disciplinary teams while maintaining high-quality technical leadership.

The role requires a degree in a compatible engineering discipline and extensive experience with aerospace actuation systems, DO-178/DO-254, and MBSE approaches.
