Day Opportunities Support for Young Adults with LD

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Day Opportunities Support Worker (HCC Care YA) in Gosport to help young adults with learning disabilities participate in personalised activities, build social networks and promote inclusion, while ensuring safety and well-being.

You’ll assist with daily living tasks, mobility, personal care and medication, support wheelchair users, and help service users engage with local community projects.
