CRM Support Specialist — Hybrid IT & Broker Success

PRIMIS Mortgage Network invites an IT Support Specialist to join the Broker Support Team – CRM Specialist. The role is hybrid, based at Chippenham HQ with a 50/50 split between office and home.

You will provide first and second-line CRM and technical support for brokers and advisers, log detailed tickets, own incidents, and escalate as needed. Experience in IT/CRM support and information security is essential.
