Senior ML Eng Manager: Audio/NLP Leader & Player-Coach

Spotify is seeking a senior leader for its machine learning engineering group. Based in London or Stockholm, you’ll coach 10+ senior and Staff ML engineers and shape long-term audio/content understanding strategy to scale our capabilities.

You will own high-priority initiatives from problem framing to measurable listener impact, stay hands-on when it matters, and partner with product, design, research and other engineers to align priorities and share context.
