proAV Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join the Egham team and lead the delivery of contracted AV services to key clients. You will ensure SLA/KPI compliance, manage relationships at operational and management levels, and drive continual service improvement with AI‑enabled insights.
Coordinate with the helpdesk, VNOC, onsite engineers and vendors, produce regular service reports, and support contract renewals and changes.
